SOCIAL TENNIS COMPETITION UP AND RUNNING

After months of anticipation (by the Club Manager at least) the Wednesday night social tennis competition finaly commenced. A modest group turned up for the first week and enjoyed a couple of entertaining sets of tennis under lights on court one.

Diners and staff alike in the Ripview Bistro were treated to a birds eye view of the matches as they took place on the floodlight courts below.

It was pleasing to see all of the attendees having a good time and as the word gets out the numbers are sure to increase to two courts and possibly more before darkness sets in.
